Born from the gap between intention and infrastructure.

Mission Strategics was born from a simple observation: the organizations doing the most important work in our communities often have the least infrastructure to protect that work.

Our founder, Paige Tucker Ojeabulu, saw this gap from both sides. As a Board Chair, she watched her organization scramble when a major funder restructured its grant program. As a government funder, she saw applications from passionate organizations that couldn't articulate their impact in ways that justified investment.

The gap wasn't passion. It wasn't dedication. It was infrastructure — financial resilience, evaluation systems, strategic clarity, and the data to back it all up.

Mission Strategics exists to close that gap.

The organizations that don't just survive but thrive are not the luckiest. They are the ones who built the infrastructure before they needed it.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Paige Tucker

With over 20 years of direct experience in the nonprofit and faith-based sector, Paige brings a perspective no textbook can teach. She has served as Board Chair of a multimillion-dollar organization, held governance roles including Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Professional Development Chair, and worked as a government funder, providing capacity-building and evaluation infrastructure to grantee organizations.

This rare combination, operator and funder, means she understands your challenges from every angle: governance, operations, fundraising, and funder expectations. She doesn't offer theory. She offers frameworks built from seeing what actually works when organizations face their most critical turning points.

Paige holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Vanderbilt University and Southeastern University, respectively, and is completing an IBM Data Science Professional Certificate. She is a published author, the architect of the Mission Resilience Framework, and is building Mission Strategics from Bangkok, Thailand, proving that purpose-driven work knows no borders.
